How long does it take to launch a program?
A new program launches in a few weeks. Our team designs it with you, configures the platform, prepares the cards and trains your staff as needed.
Do merchants need new equipment to accept the card?
No. The card runs on the Visa network: it is accepted at existing payment terminals, with no installation or training. You choose where it is accepted, and we create your merchant network.
What terms apply to cardholders?
The terms of use are defined with you and comply with applicable laws, including each province’s rules.
Can we sell to businesses and in large quantities?
Yes. Businesses order dozens or thousands of cards online with a personalized message. Corporate sales are tracked in the same portal as your consumer sales.
We already have a program. Can we migrate to Hello?
