FAQ
How soon do beneficiaries receive the funds?
As soon as the card is activated. A new program launches in a few weeks; after that, each disbursement arrives instantly on the same card.
Can we limit where and how the money is spent?
Yes. You can limit acceptance to eligible merchants or categories, such as groceries, or let the card work wherever Visa is accepted. Multiple balances with their own rules can coexist on the same card.
Are the reports ready for accountability reviews or audits?
Yes. Every load and every expense is recorded in the ledger by beneficiary. Export reports for your funders, governing bodies or an audit.
What happens to unspent funds?
You define how long the funds remain valid and the rules for closing the program. We establish these with you during the design stage.
Can beneficiaries without a bank account receive a card?
Yes. The prepaid card does not require a bank account. Beneficiaries activate their card and check their balance online in a portal with your branding.
